Lumen may store Discord IDs for servers, users, roles, channels, settings, tickets, logs, economy profiles, leveling data, Twitch alerts, and module preferences.
Data is used to run configured features: tickets, welcome systems, roles, XP, economy, moderation logs, alerts, and voice rooms.
Ticket channels and transcripts may contain messages written by members or staff. Server admins control ticket settings and log channels.
Warnings, reasons, logs, timeouts, and staff actions may be stored so server teams can review moderation history.
Lumen does not ask for Discord passwords and does not need payment information through the bot.
Server owners or authorized staff can request deletion of server-related bot data.
